Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup mango puree
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup strawberry puree
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butterfly pea tea powder
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 1 tablespoon Encha matcha powder
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • Additional sweetener (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Purees:

    • Mango Puree: Blend fresh or frozen mango until smooth. Mix 1/3 cup of mango puree with 1/3 cup of milk.
    • Strawberry Puree: Blend fresh or frozen strawberries until smooth. Mix 1/3 cup of strawberry puree with 1/3 cup of milk.
  2. Make the Butterfly Pea Tea:

    • In a small bowl, whisk 1 tablespoon of butterfly pea tea powder with 1/4 cup of hot water until fully dissolved. Set aside.
  3. Prepare the Matcha:

    • In another small bowl, whisk 1 tablespoon of Encha matcha powder with 1/4 cup of hot water until fully dissolved. Add any additional sweetener if desired.
  4. Layer the Drinks:

    • In a clear glass, pour the mango puree mixture first, followed by the strawberry puree mixture.
    • Gently pour the butterfly pea tea over the back of a spoon to create a layered effect.
    • Finally, gently pour the matcha over the back of a spoon to add the final layer.
  5. Serve and Enjoy:
