Which grade should I start with?
Drinking it straight with water? Ceremonial Grade. Making a daily latte? Ceremonial Grade Latte. Baking, blending or making matcha for a crowd? Barista Grade. Still not sure? Try them all.
How does the 25% off work?
It applies to orders over $50. An order of exactly $50 doesn't qualify. Your bundle shows how close you are as you build it.
How does Subscribe & Save work?
You save 15% per bag and shipping is free. Your bundle is delivered every month and renews until you cancel. Skip, edit or cancel anytime. At one cup a day, a 60g bag lasts about a month.
Are these flavored?
No. These are three grades of pure matcha, not flavored blends. The only ingredient is organic matcha green tea powder.

How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
Shipping is $5 on one-time orders and free on subscriptions. Standard shipping takes 3 to 7 business days.
What if something arrives damaged?
Email encha@encha.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, your packing slip and your order number, and we'll replace it or refund the product cost. All other sales are final, and we don't accept returns or exchanges.
