Matcha Latte Grade from First Harvest
Matcha latte is a great way to enjoy matcha for people who prefer a creamy and sweet taste. Whisk or froth the matcha powder with water first and then add a healthy choice of milk. To achieve a green and smooth cup of matcha latte, we picked high-quality first harvest organic matcha from our farm in Uji, Japan as latte grade Encha. You do not need ceremonial grade matcha for matcha latte.
Encha is the only matcha brand offering a latte grade using first harvest pure and organic matcha powder. We want to support people to make matcha latte without having to add sweeteners. Pure almond, coconut or other vegan non-dairy milk has very little sugar content. Most businesses use 2nd or even 3rd harvest matcha to make lattes and add lots of sugar, or even worse, pre-mix their matcha with sugar. That's why we choose first-harvest organic matcha powder, which tastes smooth, not sweet by itself, but not bitter either.
Latte-grade Encha is a versatile all-purpose choice if you want to buy one cost-effective first-harvest organic matcha, for making matcha latte, matcha tea, iced matcha, energy shake or protein powder shake.
